THE POWER OF THE BREATH

SO WHAT IS THE BREATH?

We take about 25 breaths a minute—that's about 36,000 breaths a day and 7.5 million breaths a year—yet we aren't being taught how to breathe properly. Many people don't fully understand the benefits of breathing, both in general and how to incorporate it into their daily lives.

First Off!
We are electromagnetic beings. We breathe to fill our lungs with prana (life force). Without breath, or prana, we cannot live. We can survive for weeks without food, days without water, but only minutes without breath.

This life force, or prana, is full of electrons, which are present in the air we breathe. If you breathe more shallowly, you intake fewer electrons, weakening your electromagnetic charge and power. When you increase the number of electrons you intake, you automatically have more charge and more electromagnetic power. It's that simple.

The more electromagnetic power you have, the more you can wield that power. This power enhances every cell in your body, allowing organs, tissues, muscles, nerves, and particularly the vagus nerve, brain, and nervous system, to function at a higher capacity. They say we use only 10% of our brain, and it's suggested that this may be related to breathing at only 10% of our lung capacity.

We are breathing fast and shallow when we should be breathing slowly and deeply, with pauses in between.

Why Hasn't This Been Taught to Us?
The education system has failed us because it was never designed for our success, to help us thrive, or to know the truth of who we are.
